Phoenix Media partners with Artcrush to bring art to digital OOH displays in Romania
Phoenix Media, Romania's leading Digital Out-Of-Home (DOOH) advertising agency, is proud to announce an exciting partnership with Artcrush Gallery. Through this collaboration, Phoenix Media will use its network of digital billboards to showcase a curated selection of artworks from Artcrush's extensive network of artists, making art accessible to a wider audience in an innovative way.

This partnership marks a step forward in expanding the role of DOOH beyond traditional advertising. Phoenix Media is redefining the way digital screens are used by transforming public spaces into dynamic galleries where art can be appreciated in everyday life. The initiative aims not only to promote contemporary artists but also to educate and engage the public, bringing art closer to the community in unexpected and interactive environments.

How it started
In August 2022, Artcrush Gallery initiated the display of Digital Art across urban landscapes, commencing in Brussels and swiftly expanding its reach. Collaborating with progressive out-of-home companies, Artcrush Gallery forged partnerships that redefined public space. Leveraging digital outdoor billboards through these alliances, the gallery transformed these spaces into vibrant showcases for Digital Arts and Artists, championing their work in the realm of public expression.

This cultural and educational endeavor aligns Romania with other major cities such as Amsterdam, Paris, Seoul, Sydney, New York, and London, where Artcrush has already been successfully displaying outdoor digital art. Through this unique collaboration, Phoenix Media hopes to inspire and educate audiences, encouraging them to explore the vibrant world of contemporary art. Together with Artcrush, Phoenix Media is setting a new standard for what DOOH can achieve — not just in advertising, but in enriching the cultural landscape of Romania.

De prea multe ori, publicitatea Outdoor a fost simplificată și redusă la conceptul de „panotaj” – afișe statice, procese rigide și o implementare greoaie. La Phoenix Media, am petrecut peste 20 de ani schimbând această optică. Astăzi, facem pasul final în alinierea Outdoor-ului Digital cu dinamismul mediului online prin lansarea FineX Studio.
În 2026, publicitatea Out-of-Home intră într-o nouă etapă, definită de creativitate îndrăzneață, reconectarea cu brand building-ul, personalizare contextuală și o înțelegere mai profundă a „algoritmului lumii reale”. Adevărata bătălie pentru atenția consumatorilor nu se mai duce în fața ecranelor de acasă, ci pe stradă, în mișcare și în punctele de decizie din viața de zi cu zi. OOH devine astfel un pilon strategic, capabil să genereze impact cultural, memorabilitate și influență reală asupra deciziilor de cumpărare.
